I’ve cooked five million meals in the last month. Or at least it feels that way.
Of course, spending more time at home is an awesome opportunity to get creative in the kitchen, but my inspiration on healthy dinner ideas has been lacking lately.
So, one day, as I was thinking “what should I cook for dinner tonight?!” I found myself wishing I had a huge list of meals for dinner. One that also had crockpot, vegetarian, and pantry ideas.

Below are the most common dinners (or meals for lunch).
It also includes additional notes for making things healthier. For example, it’s easy to use lettuce wraps or sweet potato buns in place of bread, and cauliflower rice adds an easy vegetable to many dishes.
