Spook-tacular Halloween Candy Sign for Trick-or-Treaters (Free Printable)
Every year, we take the kids trick-or-treating, but we leave a bowl of candy behind for the neighbors. Sometimes, I remember to scribble a sign. And sometimes, I don’t. When I forget, I wind up mentally kicking myself. Not this year! This year, we’re ditching the scribbles and last-minute to-dos.
We’re going to leave a Halloween candy sign out that’s:
- Cute: The sign adds a colorful, festive touch to your candy bowl while wishing everyone a Happy Halloween.
- Useful: It gives clear instructions for kids.
- Easy to Use: Simply download, print, and place it by your candy bowl. No need to worry about it!

How to Use The Halloween Candy Sign
- Download the Free Printable: Grab the sign below.
- Print It Out: Print on cardstock to make it sturdier.
- Place It By Your Candy Bowl: Set it up wherever you leave your candy. Make sure it’s visible so trick-or-treaters know what to do. If it’s windy, you might want to tape it or leave a rock on it. If it’s rainy, consider laminating it or putting it in a page protector.

I made two Halloween candy signs to print:
- If you like putting big candy bars in, choose the “Please take one” option.
- If bite-sized candy is your thing, use the “Please take two” sign.

The sign files are large, so I couldn’t put them on the site. But sign up below and I’ll send them straight to you!
