Need Help With a Purchase?

If you purchased a digital download in the printable shop and are having trouble, please review some solutions to a few questions below. If it saves you some time and helps solve an issue, yay! If you still need help, email me at [email protected], and I’ll respond as soon as I can.
Common Issues and Solutions:
I don’t see the email with the download!
Sometimes the email gets stuck in the SPAM folder – so double-check there first. The Shopify system also occasionally puts an order on hold for up to an hour while verifying information. If you still don’t see it after this time, it may be a misspelling or a general issue sending to your email. In this case, I’ll resend the digital product through my personal email.
Where do you open the download?
You should receive two emails after ordering. The first email is a receipt that says “view your order.” The second email says “your downloads are ready.” In that email, you will find the download link for your PDFs.
The digital product isn’t downloading.
Phones can be a little funky sometimes, so try downloading on a computer if you are having an issue.
