Fall memories
Good morning, and welcome back to the table.
I’ve been thinking about how the best family traditions aren’t the complicated ones.
They’re the things we do again and again.
The game everyone knows. The recipe we make every fall. The silly joke that never gets old.
The little moment the kids start asking for because, somehow, it became our thing.
Those are the moments that stick.
So today, we’re celebrating simple fun and a few ways to make this fall one you’ll remember.
Pull up a chair. There’s always room at the table.
Some traditions don’t need a recipe.
Just a room full of people who love each other, and a game that gets everyone laughing. This new free printable hits the spot.

CHALLENGE OF THE WEEK
Make a fall bucket list.
But don’t make it complicated.
Pick 5–10 things you genuinely want to do this season.
Visit a pumpkin patch, have a bonfire, play a family game, take a walk through the leaves, bake something together, or simply watch a movie under a pile of blankets.
The goal isn’t to check everything off.
It’s to give yourself a few moments to look forward to.
AFFIRMATION OF THE WEEK
I say yes to simple joys.

WHAT’S TODAY?
Today is National Parents’ Day Off!
A holiday I fully support.
And if nobody has officially handed you the day off, consider this your permission slip to do something that fills your cup.
Even if it’s only 20 minutes.
