Your home needs this
Good morning.
If your home is still looking like summer vacation happened inside it, you’re not alone.
But routines are returning, and this is the perfect week to clear a little space. For backpacks, schedules, calmer mornings, and maybe even your sanity.
Let’s reset together, one small step at a time.

The rules to this game are simple. You start with ten fingers up in the air.
-If you can answer yes to a question, then you have to put a finger down.
-If your answer is no to a question, then you leave your fingers up.
The first one to put all 10 fingers down wins, is out, or starts over (depending on how you want to play). 700 readers have already played this week!

HAPPY THANKFUL THURSDAY!
This week, I’m grateful for…
1. Good friends. Friends that feel like family can’t be beat.
2. Flowers. I’ve been slowly adding more plants to our home, and it brings me so much joy.
3. My husband’s cooking. He got an outdoor griddle for Father’s Day this year, and has been wowing us with his new dishes. (The best part is that I’m not the one cooking! 🤣)
Three things that make a home feel like home again. What’s yours this week?
CHALLENGE OF THE WEEK
Declutter for the school year.
This week, don’t aim for a picture-perfect house. Aim for a house that works better for your family.
Follow the 7 Day Declutter Challenge (today is day 4), or check out the August Organization Calendar.
AFFIRMATION OF THE WEEK
Creating space creates calm.
FOOD FOR THOUGHT
Hubby’s cooking, flowers, good friends — these are the things worth keeping.
What could you let go of this week to make room for more of what you’re thankful for?
