- More time with family and friends. The Super Bowl, birthdays, and Valentine’s Day are all helping me make time for connection and fun this week.
- Nature walks. We’ve had a temporary lift from winter, and that Vitamin D feels so good.
- Fresh flowers. I’ve been making it a point to buy inexpensive flowers at the store once a week this winter. It’s a small thing. But it really has brought energy and joy to me when we’re inside.
