The good stuff

Good morning from the table.

I’ve been thinking about how often life’s best parts hide in the middle of ordinary days.

And yet, somehow, these small moments make life feel extraordinary.

So today, let’s make a little room for the good stuff.

The moments that help us slow down, take care of ourselves, and enjoy the people around us.

Now, pull up a chair. Your seat is warm and waiting.

HAPPY THANKFUL THURSDAY!

This week, I’m thankful for…

A flexible work schedule. I got to sneak away on a Monday afternoon to visit the book fair with my 7-year-old. Getting to be there for those little moments is something I don’t take for granted.

Date night with my hubby. Whenever we get the chance to spend time together, it feels like a reconnection. Sometimes, a little time away from the everyday routine is exactly what you need.

Local coffee shops. Starbucks is fine. But a cozy coffee shop with personality, style, and homemade bakery goods? That brings me so much joy. ☕🥐

What are you grateful for this Thursday?

Hit reply and tell me! Sometimes, simply noticing the good things can change the way we feel about the day.

CHALLENGE OF THE WEEK

Daily self-care.

Do one small thing each day that helps you feel recharged.

Take a walk. Read a few pages. Sit with your coffee before tackling your to-do list. Get to bed earlier. Or take five quiet minutes just for yourself.

It doesn’t have to be complicated to count.

AFFIRMATION OF THE WEEK

Caring for myself is essential.

FOOD FOR THOUGHT

What’s one small thing that reliably makes your day better?

And now…how often do you actually make room for it?

WHAT’S TODAY?

Happy National Grouch Day!

Please respect the grouch in your life’s need for coffee, quiet, and absolutely no unnecessary questions.
