Instructions for the Thanksgiving Scavenger Hunt

1. Download and print out the Thanksgiving scavenger hunt clues below. Cut out the cards.
2. Hide the clues in order. Keep the first clue to hand to your players. Hide the next clue where the first clue says to look, and so on until the final hiding spot, where the prize awaits.
Here’s where they go:
- CARD 1: Give to the participant(s)
- HIDING SPOT 1: Kitchen cabinet or shelf with plates (CARD 2)
- HIDING SPOT 2: Refrigerator (CARD 3)
- HIDING SPOT 3: Bed-under a pillow or blanket (CARD 4)
- HIDING SPOT 4: Oven (CARD 5)
- HIDING SPOT 5: Couch or under sofa cushions (CARD 6)
- HIDING SPOT 6: Backpack or homework station (CARD 7)
- HIDING SPOT 7: Bathroom sink (CARD 8)
- HIDING SPOT 8: Garage (or by the car, front door, or driveway if no garage)- Find the prize hidden here!
Pro Tip: To make the hunt more difficult for older kids or adults, get creative with your hiding spots! Hide the cards under and inside objects instead of in plain sight.
3. Next, give the first card to the treasure hunt participants. Then, watch as they scurry around in excitement.
