For the June reading challenge, I read Atomic Habits by James Clear. He offers a clear framework for getting 1% better every day.

This book made me rethink my daily habits, recognize the positive routines I follow, and inspired me to keep pursuing my goals.

My key takeaway?

Success hinges on consistent daily habits. Even if you don’t see immediate results, consistency will compound over time.

The author uses the analogy of a stonecutter hammering away at a rock; it can take a hundred strikes without a crack, but the stone finally splits not from the last blow, but from all the blows before it.

What habits are you slowly hammering away at? Keep consistent and pick up this book for a great read too!
