Here’s what to do:
1. Print out the download below. Cut out the cards.
2. Hold on to the first card, and hide every other card according to where the card before tells you to go. If you do it in order, here’s where they go:
- CARD 1: Give to the treasure hunt participant(s)
- HIDING SPOT 1: By a carved pumpkin or fall porch display (CARD 2)
- HIDING SPOT 2: Mudroom or shoe rack by a door (CARD 3)
- HIDING SPOT 3: Refrigerator or freezer (CARD 4)
- HIDING SPOT 4: Broom closet or utility room (CARD 5)
- HIDING SPOT 5: Doormat or front entry mat (CARD 6)
- HIDING SPOT 6: Shower or bathtub (CARD 7)
- HIDING SPOT 7: Oven (CARD 8)
- HIDING SPOT 8: Couch cushion- Find the prize hidden here!
Pro Tip: To make the hunt more difficult for older kids or adults, get creative with your hiding spots! Hide the cards under and inside objects instead of in plain sight.
