It’s an Easter-themed take on the classic left-right gift exchange game. Just fill some Easter eggs, print the story, and get ready for a round of laughter and surprises!
How To Play The Left Right Story Game
Materials Needed:
- A group of 4 or more people
- Left-Right printable story
- One plastic Easter egg per player filled with goodies (see ideas below)
1. Have participants stand in a circle each holding an egg. For larger groups, consider dividing into two or more circles.
2. The narrator reads the Left Right story aloud. Whenever you hear the word “left,” pass your egg to the person on your left. And when you hear the word “right,” pass your egg to the right.
Pro Tip: Emphasize the words “left” and “right” as you read the story aloud. It ensures participants know clearly when to pass their egg!
4. Continue reading the story while participants pass the eggs.
5. By the end of the story, everyone keeps the egg they are holding and the prize inside!
